Our journey as a company began with a significant milestone—our very first project was a six-figure contract awarded by Refresco Beverage Co. They entrusted Lonestar Fencing and Welding LLC with this large-scale project, putting our expertise, dedication, and ability to manage complex tasks to the test.
This contract not only challenged us but also reinforced our commitment to delivering exceptional results. We coordinated with three additional subcontracting companies to ensure seamless execution. Our scope of work included the installation of a 24’ swing gate and a 32’ double cantilever gate, along with the replacement of damaged chain-link fencing. Additionally, we collaborated with Bankston Concrete Construction to replace cracked and failing concrete near the exit gate.
To complete the project, we installed three gate operators, which required excavating approximately 800 feet of trenching to lay conduit for the necessary wiring. The successful completion of this project solidified our reputation for reliability and high-quality craftsmanship.
Since then, we have continued to work on multiple projects with Refresco Beverage Co., strengthening our partnership and proving our dedication to excellence in every job we undertake.

Commercial Chain Link 8ft. - 4,000 ft. Zapata, Texas
Our team undertook a significant commercial project on behalf of the National Guard in Zapata, TX, where our client sought top-tier commercial-grade materials. We provided them with 9g chain-link fence wire, sturdy 4″ SC40 corner posts, and strategically placed 4″ SC40 line posts every 300′, anchored securely with 4000 PSI concrete.
This project presented several challenges, including material shortages and a last-minute change in the start date, but our dedicated crew persevered. Despite these hurdles, we successfully completed the project within a tight 2-week timeframe, thanks to the hard work of our 5-person team.
Our client were thoroughly impressed with our unwavering commitment and the quality of our products, and we eagerly anticipate the opportunity to collaborate on future projects.

6' Privacy Fence
At this property, we took on a dual-fencing challenge, showcasing our versatility and craftsmanship. We installed a stunning 6′ cedar privacy fence with three rails, accentuated by a cedar cap and trim for a polished finish.
On the opposite end of the yard, atop a brick wall, we crafted a custom metal fence that’s truly a sight to behold. The fence’s frame was meticulously constructed using 2″x2″ square tubing, perfectly complemented by 2″x2″ welded wire.
It’s a true masterpiece that blends aesthetics and functionality seamlessly!
